The internet is a beautiful thing – you can watch videos on youtube of babies laughing one moment and then learn about the history of roller coasters the next, all while sitting in front of your computer.
But on the flip side, it can also be quite overwhelming. Especially when searching for nutrition information.
There is so much information and advice out there about nutrition, it can be difficult to weed through all of the crap and actually find answers to what you want to know. If you are lucky enough to find an article that gives you the answer you are looking for, you’ll probably find another article that recommends doing just the opposite!
Just a week ago, I had a conversation with a few of the participants in my program – The 10 Pound Challenge, about one of the most debatable nutrition topics – what is better for you – butter or margarine?
