FAQ – Meal Plans
Interested in a meal plan but not quite sure with one would be right for you?
Here are the most popular questions I get when people are interested in a meal plan, but are not sure which would be the best fit for their needs
1. How do I know which meal plan is best for me?
The meal plans are based on 1500 & 1800 calories. if you are just starting on your healthy weight loss program but haven`t started a fitness program yet, and are looking to lose about 10 pounds, then Meal Plan 1 is a good start.
If you are looking to lose 10 – 30 pounds, then we want to make sure you get enough calories so you feel satisfied while following the plan. Meal Plan 2 would most likely be the best option for you.
If you are active (for example, 60 minutes of activity daily such as attending aerobic classes at the gym or working with a trainer), and would like to lose about 10 pounds, Meal Plan 3 would most likely be your best option as it is higher in calories to keep your energy levels up, but still help promote healthy weight loss.
2. How long will It take before I see results?
How much weight you lose is dependent on a number of factors, including your current weight and current dietary intake, weight loss history (ie. If you have a history of gaining and losing weight) your exercise levels, and of course your level of committment. Generally, people lose anywhere from 1-5 pounds in week 1.
3. If I follow this for the next 4 weeks, will I lose at least 10 pounds?
As mentioned in the point above, there are factors outside of your diet that will impact your weight loss, but these meal plans are based on the same principles I use with my clients and used with the participants on the show, The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp . So the plans are tried and true! On the show, in combination with Tommy’s training (and of course cameras following the participants around…and of course no one wants to be embarrassed on camera!) participants lost anywhere from 10 to up to 30 pounds in 4 weeks.
4. Are the recipes simple? How long do they take to make?
I know we are all busy people so my goal is always to make this plan as easy as possible to follow, and that includes simple recipes. The recipes in the plan generally take 15 – 30 minutes to prepare, and include foods you can find at any grocery store.
5. I have a gluten allergy – will these plans work for me?
I’ve created gluten free meal plans, which are designed with the same principles of the other healthy weight loss plans. The gluten free meal plans are also appropriate if you are avoiding wheat.
6. What if I get the plan then I have questions?

7. If I get a plan, try it out and it just doesn’t work for me, can I get a refund?
If you give the meal plan a shot, and it really just doesn’t work for you, then definitely I will happily give you a refund.
