I am so excited to share this blog! It has been a long time coming. As a genuine lover of delicious food and wine, and passionate supporter of women who want to take of themselves from the inside out, this blog is all about us.
So often we feel like we can`t eat what want and still have the body and health that we want, but honestly, we can. I tell my clients that I think I became a Dietitian so I would know how to cheat! The last thing I want is to have to avoid everything I love, and feel like I have to eat only bland, tasteless food-ugh-in order to be healthy and stay in shape, so the last thing I want is for any of you to feel this way. Too often, this is what we think, or that to be healthy, we have to have salads for breakfast, lunch and dinner….craziness!
This website is all about busting myths like healthy foods taste like cardboard, and that in order to have the body, health and energy you want requires a lot of work, while also depriving yourself of foods you love. Who would want to do that?
