My meal plans are delicious, easy to follow, take very little time to prepare, and they work!
This plan is a starter meal plan for The 10 Pound Challenge, and the first step towards eating for healthy weight loss with an emphasis on clean eating. If you have food allergies, this plan also limits the most common food allergies, including dairy, wheat, nuts, and shellfish. Similar to a detox, it is meant to be followed for a specific amount of time – 7 days, and help kick-start your healthy lifestyle, and promote healthy weight loss.
If you have tried losing weight in the past, but have not been able to get the results you want, this meal plan is for you. It is designed for the woman who is getting back on track with their weight loss goals and focusing on their food as their first step. It will kick-start your weight loss, while managing appetite and cravings, keeping you feeling satisfied throughout the day.
This weight loss plan will have the same impact as meal plan 1, however is designed for the woman who wants to lose more than 30 pounds.
Are you exercising but your weight is still not coming off as you would like? This meal plan is designed to support your exercise regimen, while still ensuring you lose weight. This is ideal for the woman who wants to lose approximately 10-30 pounds
This gluten free meal plan follows the same principles of the healthy weight loss plan, however it includes gluten free alternatives. The recipes and grocery lists include gluten free foods as well, so you won’t have to spend time figuring out what to buy and if the recipes will fit your needs – I’ve done this for you!
This gluten free plan will have the same impact as the above plan, however is designed for the woman who wants to lose more than 30 pounds.
